Rentals on a long term basis are usually contracted for 11 months and can be renewed at the end of each term if all parties are in agreement. This is particularly useful for those who wish to retire on the Costa del Sol, but do not wish to purchase a property. The length of contract can sometimes be negotiable, dependent on the landlord, but any rentals under three months long are deemed holiday rentals.

If you are relocating to Spain but unsure of the location, a long term rental is a fantastic way to explore the area at ease. All of our long term rentals are fully furnished, so there is no need to transport all your furniture with you. It can be very costly for you, and many people end up storing their items here at an unnecessary expense.

Due to the demand on the East Costa del Sol, the availability of our long term rental properties is always changing. It is best to look six - eight weeks prior to your arrival date, as we are unable to pre-book or hold properties any further in advance.
