South East facing villa with views of the Mediterranean sea and the Andalucian mountains.nnThis villa boasts a private pool and ample terrace area, including a roof terrace, for relaxing and entertaining.nThe villa is located in the Burriana Beach area, within walking distance to the famous beach which has been awarded the Blue Flag of the European Union on numerous occasions.nnIn the lounge/dining area there are two comfortable sofas and a TV with English channels and a DVD player, there is a featured fireplace and you will find access to the terrace from here, the dining area has a table and seating for 6 people.nnThe kitchen is fully fitted and includes fridge/freezer, an electric oven and ceramic hobs with an extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. An iron and ironing board are also provided.nnThe master bedroom comes with a double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, #amp; access to the pool terrace through sliding patio doors. The other 2 bedrooms are both twin rooms which have bedside cabinets and lights.nnThere are a bathroom with a bath and shower-over, and one is a shower room with a walk-in shower, both have a toilet and hand basin.nnOutside there is a large terrace area with a private pool, shower, sun loungers, dining table with chairs, umbrella and a coffee table.nnThe property is a house and has more than one level. The villa is suitable for children of all ages. The villa is not wheelchair accessible. A cot is available upon request.nnAll amenities including a supermarket are within walking distance. If you walk into the town (5 minutes) you have a choice of over 350 bars and restaurants. Nerja market is on Tuesdays and Sundays, Frigiliana market is on Thursdays.nnThis property includes free WI-FI and it is also air-conditioned with a meter which is pay as you go (accepts #euro;1 #amp; #euro;2).
